Strategy Consultant

We are hiring a Strategy Consultant to support our client's senior leadership team. This role suits someone who enjoys working with data, shaping strategy, and creating high-quality presentations for C-level leaders.

You will work directly with the C-level, helping them make informed decisions, prepare executive packs, and stay ahead of market and competitor trends. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where initiative and strong communication skills are essential.

What you will do:

• Support C-level with executive-ready presentations, reports and briefing packs
• Create clear, high-impact PowerPoint decks using data, insights and strong storytelling
• Turn complex financial, commercial and marketing information into simple messages
• Carry out market, competitor and sector research to support strategy
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and insights
• Attend trade and operational meetings, summarise key actions and follow-ups
• Work across departments to gather information and ensure consistency
• Prepare materials for leadership and board meetings
• Stay informed on market trends, industry shifts, and emerging technology, including AI

Must have:

• Excellent PowerPoint skills with experience preparing decks for senior leaders
• Strong Excel skills, including modelling, analysis and data visualisation
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with CXO stakeholders
• Experience turning complex data into insights and clear recommendations
• Proactive, curious and comfortable bringing new ideas or market insights
• A commercial mindset and the ability to analyse financial, market or marketing data
• Experience gathering information across teams and influencing stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience in strategy, consulting or executive support
• Experience preparing board packs or governance materials
• Exposure to competitor analysis or commercial research
• Understanding of trends and challenges in professional services
