- Location: Kilkenny / Waterford / Wexford
- Salary: €78,000 starting salary, increasing to €89,500 and up to €121,000 after 3 years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a district of retail stores with direct responsibility for multiple Store Managers.
- Coach, develop and support Store Managers to achieve operational and commercial excellence.
- Create a positive, motivated and high-performing team culture across your district.
- Analyse store performance, stock movements and key business metrics to drive improvements.
- Develop and implement annual business plans and KPI targets.
- Plan staffing structures and support workforce planning across your stores.
- Conduct regular district visits, operational reviews and cash management checks.
- Support new store openings, refurbishments and strategic business projects.
- Work closely with senior leadership to implement company strategy and deliver business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline or at least 3 years' management experience.
- Previous management experience within a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational, planning and analytical skills.
- Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Flexible, proactive and highly organised approach to work.
- Previous multi-site or Area Manager experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Passion for building a long-term career within the retail industry.
