Marketing Executive

Our Kerry-based client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales and Marketing Executive to join their expanding construction and engineering business. This role plays a key part in driving business development, enhancing brand presence, and delivering effective marketing strategies that support company growth across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, creativity, and a results-driven approach. Experience within the construction or engineering sector would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance SEO performance and manage ongoing social media activity across all platforms.
• Assist with national promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and market reach.
• Support paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and PPC, contributing to digital marketing initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to conversion.
• Produce insightful analytics reports and maintain CRM databases.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and support quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Attend meetings, site visits, and industry networking events as required.
• Coordinate print advertising and design promotional materials aligned with brand positioning and product offering.
• Assist in the development of marketing content and contribute to brand development.
• Ensure consistency of branding across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience in a marketing, or business development role, ideally in Construction or Engineering.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.
