We are presently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager on behalf of our clients, a 4-star hotel in County Kerry. You will be a creative, commercially focused marketing professional with extensive hospitality experience and will take responsibility for developing and delivering the hotel’s marketing strategy.
You will work closely with various areas of the business, supporting rebranding initiatives and developing campaigns designed to attract international visitors, local customers, families and wedding business while strengthening the hotel’s overall market position. This is a full time position.
Key Duties
- Develop and implement the hotel’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
- Manage marketing activity across digital, social media, website, email and relevant channels.
- Lead social media strategy, content planning and audience engagement.
- Assist with the hotel’s rebranding and brand development initiatives.
- Develop targeted campaigns for weddings, families, local customers and international visitors.
- Work closely with sales, events, wedding and accommodation teams to maximise opportunities.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers and marketing partners where required.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement and return on investment.
- Identify emerging hospitality, travel and consumer trends and opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive marketing experience within the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing and content creation.
- Experience supporting rebranding or brand development projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of hospitality markets.
- Creative, organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience marketing weddings, accommodation and leisure offerings would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of both domestic and international visitor markets.
Salary €45,000–€50,000, with higher remuneration available for candidates bringing specific hospitality experience. Accommodation can be provided.
