Regeneron is currently seeking an Associate QC Micro Analyst to join our Quality Control Microbiology team. • Shift Requirements: Shift pattern may be required based on business needs.
• Location: Raheen, Limerick, Ireland.

What You’ll Do

• Perform microbiological testing and environmental monitoring activities to support product quality, patient safety, and cGMP compliance.
• Collect and analyse samples from manufacturing areas, cleanrooms, and utilities using approved laboratory procedures.
• Review laboratory data, complete documentation, and support investigations related to deviations, OOS, and OOT results.
• Support microbiological validations, method transfers, and laboratory readiness activities.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement.

Let’s Find Out If We’re a Fit

• Requires a BS/BA in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• For Associate QC Micro Analyst: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• For QC Micro Analyst: 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment is beneficial.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with a focus on quality and compliance.
