Copywriter

Role Description

We’re seeking a Creative Copywriter with 5+ years of agency experience to develop bold, original ideas and deliver exceptional copy across all channels. This role is for a concept-led thinker who can originate big ideas, shape creative platforms, and bring them to life through sharp, engaging writing.

You’ll work across integrated campaigns spanning brand, digital, social, experiential, film, print, and emerging platforms, collaborating closely with creative teams to push work from initial ideation through execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading high-level concept development and crafting polished, channel-specific copy.

This position suits a creatively driven writer with strong strategic instincts, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and the confidence to contribute meaningfully at the idea stage while maintaining excellence in execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years agency experience working on integrated creative campaigns
• Proven ability to generate high-level concepts and big ideas
• Strong copywriting skills across all channels (brand, digital, social, print, film, experiential)
• Excellent storytelling and narrative development abilities
• Deep understanding of tone of voice and brand expression
• Experience working from brief to concept to execution
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into ideas
• Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside art directors, designers, and strategists
• Ability to present and sell ideas clearly and confidently
• High level of attention to detail and craft in writing
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Adaptability to different brands, audiences, and creative styles
