🏗️ BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERS – DUBLIN & KILDARE
I’m recruiting Building Services Engineers and Senior Building Services Engineers for a leading Irish construction business with a strong pipeline of major projects across multiple Dublin locations and Kildare.
If you’re currently working in building services with an Irish main contractor, specialist contractor or construction consultancy, I’d be very interested in speaking with you.
⚙️ The opportunity
You’ll work as part of the site and project delivery team, taking responsibility for the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical services from design stage right through to commissioning and handover.
The role will involve:
• Coordinating M&E services with architectural, structural and construction works
• Working closely with consultants, subcontractors and site management teams
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information
• Managing services installations against programme and quality requirements
• Resolving coordination and site issues as projects progress
• Supporting testing, commissioning and final handover
• Managing technical documentation and O&M information
👷 Who I want to speak with
Ideally you will have:
✅ 3+ years' relevant experience in the Irish construction market
✅ A Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering qualification
✅ Experience delivering building services on construction projects
✅ Strong understanding of M&E coordination and site delivery
✅ Good technical and communication skills
✅ AutoCAD / construction software experience
Experience on commercial, healthcare, industrial, pharmaceutical, education or other large-scale building projects would be particularly relevant.
