Are you an experienced Field Sales Representative or Account Manager looking for your next opportunity?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established business supplying high-quality construction materials to builders, contractors and specification professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company where you'll inherit an established customer portfolio while developing new business opportunities within existing accounts.

The Role

• Manage an established portfolio of existing customers (approximately 90% account management)
• Build strong relationships with builders, contractors and specifiers
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Carry out regular customer visits across your territory
• Deliver excellent customer service while maximising sales opportunities
• Work closely with the internal sales and technical support teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports

What We're Looking For

• Proven field sales or external account management experience
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
• Strong commercial awareness
• Full clean driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory

Construction industry experience is not essential.

Candidates from any field sales background are encouraged to apply, as full product training will be provided.
