Project Manager – Client Side (South West Ireland)
Our client, a leading consultancy, is inviting applications for a Client Side Project Manager to manage a portfolio of capital development projects. Based in the South West of Ireland, this is a full-time permanent role.
The Role:
You'll coordinate and manage significant construction projects from inception to successful conclusion, ensuring:
- Client satisfaction with process and completed deliverables
- Budget, quality, and programme targets are met or exceeded
- Compliance with all relevant legislation (including Safety, Health & Welfare at Work)
- Strong reporting and presentation to senior management across various organisational levels
The ideal candidate will handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellence across all portfolios.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 4/5 years' project management within Irish/UK construction
- 3rd level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture
- Public works background is ideal; however, strong construction experience with appetite to develop is equally valued
- Chartered status desirable or working towards
- Excellent ability to report and present to senior management
- Strong people management and teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and IT skills
