About Us
Select Access is a leader in specialist access and safety solutions across Ireland. We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join our office team in Baldonnell.
The Role
This varied role supports Health & Safety, Testing, and Finance functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Duties include:
- Scheduling safety compliance tests and issuing certificates.
- Coordinating engineer schedules and preparing job documentation.
- Supporting health & safety administration (training records, inductions, compliance tracking).
- Providing finance admin support (credit card reconciliations, holiday cover).
- General office administration and reception duties.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year office administration experience (construction/engineering environment an advantage).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills (MS Office essential).
- Professional communication skills and a team-player mindset.
