About Your New Role

• As International Tax Manager – FDI, you will deliver high-quality international tax consulting services and strategic advisory to multinational clients and overseas investors.
• You will lead and mentor junior team members, cultivating a learning-focused environment to help tax professionals fulfil their potential.
• You will build and manage strong client relationships, spotting and pursuing opportunities for tax planning and business development.
• Participate actively in digital transformation, leveraging new tax technologies and best practices to deliver efficient client solutions.
• Champion best-in-class compliance, risk management, and regulatory tax standards across a variety of client engagements.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in tax, ideally in a consulting, advisory, or industry environment.
• A recognised tax qualification (e.g. AITI/CTA) or relevant equivalent, with a strong academic background.
• Proven expertise in international tax advisory, Irish corporate tax, and FDI structuring.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster business relationships and deliver solutions for client needs.
• Creative approach to solving complex tax issues, with a track record of innovation.
• Natural leader and mentor with a passion for developing others.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth in the tax sector.
