Reporting, Progress & As-Built Information

  • Evaluate and define tracking schedules to monitor subcontractor programmes.
  • Collate and review as-built programmes, identifying deviations from baselines.
  • Ensure input to change requests includes accurate programme impact assessments.
  • Define and oversee use of 4D/2D phasing information for projects.
  • Consolidate and validate output rates to track live project progress and feed insights into pre-construction.
  • Lead peer reviews of planning outputs to maintain consistency and quality across the region.
