Senior Software Engineer (AI / LLM Systems)

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-growing engineering team building next-generation AI-powered software.

This is a hands-on role at the forefront of production-grade AI, where you’ll design and deliver LLM-driven systems, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows that transform regulated validation processes into fully digital, cloud-native solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and ship AI-powered features using LLMs and agentic architectures
• Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices
• Develop production-ready tool-using autonomous agents
• Own key components of an enterprise AI platform
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams end-to-end
• Drive engineering quality across testing, performance, and architecture
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction
• Use modern AI tools to accelerate development workflowsWhat we’re looking for

• 8+ years software engineering experience
• Strong background in AI/ML or data-driven systems (3+ years minimum)
• Proven experience delivering production AI systems (not just prototypes)
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent workflows
• Strong backend engineering skills (APIs, microservices, distributed systems)
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes
• Comfortable working in Agile, product-led environments
