Join STS as our new CSA Fitout Estimator We are looking for an experienced CSA Estimator professional to support our exciting mission-critical projects. This role will be based in one of our offices in Waterford, Cork or Dublin. STS Group is fully committed to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental practices. This position will play an essential role in our business. Job Purpose To prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for data centre and general fitout works. This role is critical for the Estimating Team, ensuring competitive bids and a smooth handover from the tender stage to project operations. You'll play a vital role in securing profitable work and contributing to the company's growth by maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the pre-construction process. Here are some of the duties involved Tender & Project Management

• Tender projects from start through to final submission.
• Attend pre- and post-tender reviews and prepare for handover meetings with the operations team upon project award.
• Work both independently and as part of an integrated team to meet demanding time and quality targets.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to achieve the required outcomes for the client.

Detailed Estimation & Take-offs

• Price the CSA elements for data centre fit-out projects in Ireland and overseas.
• Prepare detailed takeoffs and estimates by thoroughly reviewing all relevant drawings, specifications, and related documentation.

Supply Chain & Subcontractor Liaison

• Liaise closely with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing for all project elements.
• Ensure cost efficiency is maintained throughout the tendering process.

Experience & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in the construction sector, with a focus on pricing Data Centre Fitouts.
• A CSA or tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a similar field.
