Project Manager – Financial Services

A leading international organisation with a rapidly expanding presence across Europe, the Middle East and North America is seeking experienced Project Managers to join its high-performing transformation function. Project & Programme Delivery

  • Lead complex, multi-workstream projects across financial services, delivering high-quality outcomes to tight timelines.
  • Manage programmes through the full lifecycle, ensuring strong governance, documentation and control.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple business units and jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and maintain core project documentation, including plans, status reports, RAID logs and initiation materials.
  • Define roles, responsibilities and communication strategies for stakeholders.
  • Map customer journeys for banking products
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
  • Advise on project management best practice across Waterfall, Agile and hybrid approaches.
  • Facilitate workshops to shape scope, requirements and delivery outcomes.
  • Act as a key liaison between senior leaders, technical teams and business units.
  • Support the development of proposals, tenders and business cases for new initiatives.

Experience & Skills

  • Ideally degree educated and recognised Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile etc.).
  • 3 years’ plus project or programme management experience.
  • Strong background in financial services, ideally retail banking, asset management or insurance.
  • Familiarity with Central Bank of Ireland and ideally FCA regulations
  • Proven delivery of end-to-end projects in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
