You will:
- Provide specialist assessment, care planning and clinical guidance for individuals with complex neurodevelopmental needs
- Champion neuro-affirmative, trauma-informed and person-centred practice
- Lead the development of care pathways that improve consistency and outcomes
- Support smooth transitions across life stages and services
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT), supporting staff, families and services
- Drive quality improvement and best practice across the organisation
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced nurse who brings both clinical expertise and a genuine commitment to inclusive, person-centred care.
You’ll have:
- Registration as a nurse with relevant experience (ID, mental health, disability or related fields)
- Strong knowledge of autism, ADHD and neurodiversity
- Experience in complex case management and MDT working
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- A passion for improving services and empowering others

Salary scale: €62,699 – €79,227 (LSI) Clinical Nurse Specialist – ID
(Aligned with public sector pay scales and experience)
