Excellent opportunity for an experienced Industrial Contracts Manager to oversee key Operate & Maintain contracts across Ireland in water and wastewater sector. Serving as the primary liaison between the business and clients, drive operational excellence, manage team performance, and ensure compliance across multiple operational sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract & Client Management: Serve as the main client point of contact, prepare monthly reports, manage billing accuracy, and negotiate contract variations.
- Operational & Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, manage direct reports (coaching, reviews, objective setting), and support plant managers on site improvements.
- Commercial Support: Assist with estimating, pricing, and quantity surveying for contract variations.
- Safety & Standards: Drive compliance with Health & Safety policies and quality management systems (e.g., LRQA).
Key Requirements:
- Level 7/8 Degree in Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in the water or wastewater industry.
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English.
