- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Support residents to achieve their personal goals and maximise independence.
- Work closely with families, MDT colleagues and other professionals.
- Monitor health and respond appropriately to medical needs.
- Manage medication safely in line with professional and Talbot Group standards.
- Complete clinical assessments and nursing procedures within your scope of practice.
- Promote privacy, dignity, choice and respect at all times.
- Registered Nurse with the Intellectual Disability or Mental Health Division of the NMBI register, or eligible for registration.
- Experience in residential, respite or day services supporting people with intellectual disabilities.
- Knowledge of person-centred planning and relevant clinical policies and legislation.
- Knowledge of HIQA National Disability Standards.
- A genuine passion for supporting people to live their best lives.
