Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based at The Véro Townhouse, Killarney. The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient welcome for all guests. Daily tasks include managing front desk operations, handling reservations, answering phones, providing concierge services, and assisting guests with inquiries or concerns. The Receptionist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold the high standards of hospitality that our hotel is known for.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and exceptional Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills, including organization and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
• Outstanding Customer Service experience and ability to interact positively with guests
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with professionalism
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar setting is advantageous
• Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
