Head office - Wonderfield Group Ireland Contract: Part Time Salary: â¬36,000 â â¬40,000 per annum (pro rata) Contracted Hours: 25 The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. This role is crucial in nurturing a positive work environment and promoting our company values

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other Senior HR Advisor in food manufacturing Environment
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• In-depth knowledge of Employment law and HR best practices.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• High level of flexibility needed

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our wider business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor by fostering strong relationships between management and employees
• Lead recruitment and selection efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
• Champion a positive and inclusive working environment where people feel valued and empowered
• Drive employee engagement, development, and retention strategies to support long-term growth
• Oversee the performance appraisal process to encourage high performance and continuous improvement
• Design and deliver impactful employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and best practices in HR management
• Collaborate on diversity and inclusion strategies to strengthen our workforce
• Provide key HR insights and metrics to support informed decision-making at leadership level
