About the Role
In line with continued growth, TRANSLIT, one of the leading language service providers in Ireland, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and organized Marketing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a technical aptitude to adapt to new processes. This role combines strategic marketing and sales leadership to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Your Key Responsibilities1. Communications and Content
- Create compelling articles and thought leadership pieces aligned with the company’s brand and industry trends.
- Develop and distribute client newsletters to maintain engagement and share company updates.
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.
- Support the sales team by producing high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and collateral.
- Administer and update the company’s WordPress website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for user experience.
- Plan and manage marketing events and industry conferences, to support brand awareness and lead generation.
2. Lead Generation
- Collaborate with external SEO and PPC agencies to optimise digital marketing performance and drive qualified traffic.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, generating regular reports and insights for the executive team.
- Identify opportunities for improving lead generation strategies and contribute to the development of data-driven marketing plans.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B and channel partner marketing.
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to tell engaging stories.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Good knowledge of cloud-based SMTP services, with a preference for SendGrid.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and marketing channel integration.
- Prior experience managing social media accounts and paid media campaigns.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Knowledge of the compliance and CPD processes for the life science and/or financial sector is a big plus.
- Knowledge of the events industry and experience delivering live and hybrid events are a big plus.
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a big plus.
