Senior Front of House Staff

Role Overview:

Senior Front of House Staff support the FOH Manager in delivering excellent service and

maintaining the day-to-day operation of the brewery taproom. They act as shift leaders

when required and help ensure the customer experience reflects the values of Treaty City

Brewery.

This role requires strong hospitality skills, beer knowledge, and the ability to support and

guide other staff members during service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Deliver a high standard of hospitality and customer interaction
• Serve beer, coffee, and other products efficiently and professionally
• Represent the brewery with enthusiasm and knowledge

Beer Knowledge

• Understand and confidently explain Treaty beers
• Recommend beers to customers based on preferences
• Support beer-focused customer engagement

Shift Leadership

• Assist with coordinating staff during busy shifts
• Support FOH Manager in maintaining service standards
• Help train and support newer staff members

Venue Standards

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Ensure beer presentation standards are maintained
• Support smooth operation of events and tours

Skills & Experience

• Previous hospitality or bar experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Good knowledge of beer or willingness to learn
• Ability to take responsibility during shifts
