Brief DescriptionQuality Graduate Are you looking to kick-start your career in quality and gain valuable experience in a growing organisation? If so, we are looking for an ambitious graduate to join our Quality Team. We want to be part of your career journey and help you develop your career in Quality. As a Graduate in Tricel, we will welcome you onboard in September 2026. During your 2-year Graduate Programme, you will have gained: International work experience, Yellow-Belt qualification, fully trained auditor and 2-years work experience. The successful candidate must be available to relocate to a sister company for a period of 6 months should the opportunity present itself. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure products meet specified standards & customer requirements
  • Perform internal audits, quality checks, and inspections of products to identify potential quality issues.
  • Assist in managing customer feedback and complaints, ensuring a prompt resolution of quality-related issues.
  • Collect and analyse data to monitor performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific quality standards & and regulatory requirements (ISO, Lean Manufacturing etc.).
  • Investigate quality issues, determining the root cause, and proposing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate records, creating reports, and assisting in documenting standard operating procedures ensuring quality is considered & maintained
  • Assist in training employees on quality standards & best practices
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to enhance product quality and improve processes.
  • Contribute to projects focused on process improvements and cost reduction while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Other ad hoc projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Relevant Honours Bachelor’s degree or Masters with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) which was completed within the last two years or is due to graduate by September 2026.
  • IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint skills and Word.
  • A highly motivated and detail-oriented capable of working on own initiative.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with across departments.
