Technical Sales Engineer Are you a technically minded, customer-focused professional looking to make an impact in a fast-growing organisation? We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team, where you will play a key role in delivering tailored wastewater solutions, supporting customers, and contributing to the success of our innovative product range. The successful candidate will be based at Head Office in Killarney, Co. Kerry, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager Responsibilities The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for the following:

• Communicate with existing clients and explore new opportunities for technical solutions
• Create and deliver CPD's across Tricel's technical solution portfolio to industry professional
• Explain and present company profile scope of work and supply and capabilities to new clients and present the submitted offers
• Perform site visits to investigate requirements and collect data
• Estimate and foresee the market demand from the company products to arrange with supply chain and stock.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with clients.
• Evaluate the competition in the market to know and develop points of strength and weakness in Tricel’s pricing structure and to increase chances of winning.
• Employ CRM (HubSpot) to track projects and collaborate internally.
• Project manage delivery and installation of technical solutions where required.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience as sales or engineer in the field of Water/Wastewater treatment products
• High communication skills and good command of English, spoken and written.
• Smart appearance.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Determined, persistent and self-motivated.
• Microsoft suite proficiency with effective reporting and presenting capabilities.
• Team Player and collaborator.
• Eager to learn and develop tools and skills.
• Requires a valid driving license.
