Digital Product Manager – 6 Month Contract, Hybrid, Dublin
What’s involved
- Owning the product vision and roadmap for consolidating legacy platforms into a unified web and app experience.
- Leading end-to-end delivery of digital features and improvements across web and native app channels.
- Defining KPIs and using customer data and feedback to prioritise features and improvements.
- Managing senior stakeholders across product, technology, marketing, delivery and compliance teams.
- Driving delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments, resolving blockers and dependencies.
- Ensuring digital initiatives meet GDPR and governance requirements, including DPIAs and TIAs.
What’s needed
- Proven experience owning digital product strategy and roadmaps for large-scale web and/or app platforms.
- Experience delivering digital products to 50,000+ users, ideally in a regulated sector.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills, including executive-level communication.
- Technical familiarity with Azure, APIs, CMS and CRM integrations.
- Hands-on knowledge of GDPR compliance, including DPIA and TIA processes.
- A data-driven, customer-focused approach with strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
