Verde Search is partnering with a leading Irish accountancy group on a new Audit Assistant Manager for their Cork City office. It’s a strong move for a qualified accountant from a small or mid-sized practice who wants to step up, lead a team and progress to Manager in a growing firm.
💥 As an Audit Assistant Manager you will:
- Take audit files from planning through to completion, and prepare statutory financial statements from the underlying records
- Review the work of junior team members, give them guidance and support their development
- Work closely with the Audit Directors and Partners, with real exposure to clients
- Own outstanding queries and keep assignments moving through to completion
- Help manage and develop a growing client portfolio
💥 You’ll be someone who…
- is ACA or ACCA qualified
- has built your training experience in a small or mid-sized Irish practice, across both audit and accounts prep
- knows Irish financial reporting requirements
- ideally has used strong accounting software experience
- is keen to take ownership and progress to Manager
