Your Role As Workshop Controller, you will be the hub of our aftersales operationensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technician workflow to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Manage and schedule service bookings to optimise time and resources
• Ensure workshop tools and equipment are well-maintained and compliant
• Oversee vehicle quality checks before customer handover
• Conduct test drives when required to verify repair quality
• Monitor the safe and compliant disposal of workshop waste materials
• Collaborate with the service team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and boost our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

What Youll Need

• Full, clean drivers licence
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage, but not required
