This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Site Agent with proven experience supporting and managing civil engineering projects within Ireland or the UK.

The Role
As Site Agent with Wills Bros, you will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and supporting the successful delivery of a range of infrastructural projects in Limerick.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and plant to support smooth project delivery.
- Working closely with the Project Manager, engineers and commercial team to monitor progress, costs and project performance.
- Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, quality standards and client requirements.
- Planning and sequencing daily and weekly site activities to maintain productivity and programme momentum.
- Driving compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality procedures across the site.
- Managing site records, progress reports, permits, RAMS and other project documentation as required.
- Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying site risks, resolving operational issues and escalating matters where required.
About You
We are interested in hearing from experienced Site Agents who possess:
- A civil engineering qualification with strong relevant site experience.
- Proven experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar site management role.
- Experience delivering heavy civil engineering infrastructural projects.
- Irish or UK project delivery experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of site operations, programme delivery, quality control and health and safety requirements.
- Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and daily site activities.
- Strong communication, organisation, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- A practical, hands-on and solutions-focused approach to site delivery.
- A full, clean Irish driving licence.
