At Winthrop, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, this position is fully based on-site at our Head Office in Ballymount, Dublin 22. This role will play a key function in sourcing, attracting and securing top talent across several disciplines including but not limited to: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Commercial departments to support major projects in Ireland and across Europe.Reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead

Requirements

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards and referrals.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to set clear expectations regarding process, timelines and offer details.
  • Responsible for managing recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and internal hiring teams.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment; construction or engineering sector desired.
  • Experience in managing recruitment PSLs and vendor relationships beneficial
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.Benefits
