Your new role

In this senior role, you will set the strategy and lead the charge in winning and developing high-value B2B insurance relationships. You will:

• Design and deliver a business development plan targeting corporate and enterprise-level clients.
• Identify new opportunities both within untapped markets and through cross-selling to existing clients.
• Build and manage a results-driven sales team, providing clear direction and measurable goals.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and senior management to create bespoke client solutions.
• Keep ahead of market trends and competitor activity, adapting your approach to stay competitive.
• Lead onboarding, training, and mentoring initiatives to ensure team capability and consistent performance.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Qualifications: APA Commercial General Insurance (essential); CIP preferred or working towards.
• Solid knowledge of general insurance products, including fleet, property, and liability.
• A proven track record in winning and growing corporate or enterprise-level accounts.
• Experience leading high-performing sales teams in a target-driven environment.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to turn market insight into action.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.
• Leadership style that inspires, coaches, and develops others.
