This role offers the unique opportunity to progress within the company and potentially pursue professional accountancy exams (ACCA, CPA, or similar) Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
• Help with monthly management accounts preparation and financial reporting
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers when necessary

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus
• A business, finance, or accounting qualification (or working towards one) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
