About The Role You will support manufacturing operations by helping to drive efficiency, improve processes, and ensure production targets are achieved. Working closely with engineering, quality, and R&D teams, you’ll play a key role in solving problems, optimising performance, and introducing new products and technologies into production. What You’ll Do
- You will troubleshoot equipment and process issues to improve yield, quality, and overall performance.
- You will identify opportunities to optimise existing processes and implement practical improvements.
- You will collaborate with Quality and R&D to successfully introduce new products and processes.
- You will analyse and resolve technical challenges—from day-to-day issues to more complex engineering problems.
- You will contribute to the development and validation of processes, including writing and supporting validation protocols and reports.
- You will document findings, share insights, and present results to support decision-making.
- You will build strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
- You may mentor colleagues and support the development of less experienced team members.
What You Bring
- A Level 7 qualification (full credits) in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
- A solid understanding of engineering principles and regulated environments.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- The ability to manage your workload, prioritise effectively, and deliver results.
