I’m working with a global biopharmaceutical organisation to hire a Marketing Manager to support the growth of a broad product portfolio in the Irish market.

This is not a typical single-brand role. It offers real ownership across multiple products and would suit someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, commercially focused environment.

Please note: This role requires experience within the Irish pharmaceutical or biotech market, along with exposure to product launches and cross-functional collaboration. It is suited to candidates with approximately 5-10 years’ experience. Candidates without this specific industry experience will not be considered.

The Role

• Lead and execute marketing activity across a multi-product portfolio
• Drive positioning, messaging, and brand strategy within the Irish market
• Support product launches and ongoing lifecycle management
• Work closely with sales, medical, and market access teams
• Engage with key stakeholders and KOLs to support market adoption
• Deliver campaigns across digital, congress, and multichannel platforms
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with global teams to align local execution

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing
• Experience working across multiple products or therapeutic areas
• Strong exposure to product launches and lifecycle management
• Commercially minded, with the ability to translate strategy into market impact
• Experience within the Irish healthcare market
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a broad remit
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including KOLs
