Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion. With our comprehensive training backing you up, you will:
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, spot market trends, and gain a competitive edge.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to hunt down and pursue new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based connections with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Deal Making: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable, mutually beneficial agreements.

What We Look For
We hire for attitude and train for skill! We just ask for:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- A metrics-driven mindset with a desire to hit and exceed targets.
- 12 months of experience in Sales or a professional or Customer-facing background.
Comp: Base + Uncapped Commission (Paid Monthly)
- Average Year 1: €45,000+
- Average Year 2: €65,000+ (Top performers earn significantly above this)
