About the role

  • Monday to Friday - your weekends are yours again.
  • Work with people who push you – ambitious team, big goals, no standing still.
  • Grow on your terms – your results set the pace, not your time served.

You’ve spent the last 1-2 years learning how to lead a team, hit targets, solve problems, and get things done.

You’ve got the skills. You’ve got the experience. So, what’s next?

If you’re in retail, you already have what it takes to succeed in recruitment. You know how to work with people, handle pressure, hit goals, and, most importantly, get results.

Now it’s time to take those skills somewhere they can take you further.

Recruitment gives you the chance to build a new career without starting from the bottom while giving you something retail often doesn’t:

Your weekends back.

At Access, you can turn the experience you already have into bigger earning potential, faster progression and a clear path towards management.

Because moving your career forward shouldn’t mean giving up your life outside work.

A Career at Access

  • Your weekends back - Monday to Friday. No weekend shifts. No rotas. No “can you just come in?” When work’s done, it’s done.
  • A team that makes you better - Work alongside ambitious people who want to win, improve and push each other to be better.
  • Progress without the waiting game - Your results matter. Perform, grow and take the next step. You don’t have to sit around waiting for your turn.

Earnings That Reflect Your Ambition

  • Average earnings: €45K OTE Year 1 | €75K OTE Year 2
  • Top performers: €50K+ in their first year

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of retail management experience – Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Supervisor, or someone who has stepped up and taken on extra responsibility.
  • EU passport or Stamp 4 visa
  • Able to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday
