Your Responsibilities

As a recruiter at Access Healthcare, you will:

• Specialise in a niche healthcare market
• Have full ownership of your day-to-day activity and long-term career path
• Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates
• Be accountable for your own success and earnings

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 years’ commercial or customer service experience (customer service, customer success, client services, client experience)
• Ability to work office-based in Dublin city centre (Monday–Friday)
• Strong drive to progress and earn
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa

Average Year 1 Earnings (Base + Commission): €47,000Base DOE – Commission Uncapped
