About the role

As a New Business Advisor – Personal Lines, you’ll join a dynamic sales team focused on car and home insurance. This is a great fit for someone coming from a broker environment who enjoys building relationships, hitting targets, and delivering a standout customer experience.

You will:

• Drive new business across motor and home insurance.
• Work in a target‑driven environment with strong earning potential (salary + uncapped monthly bonus).
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and schedule follow‑up calls.
• Build rapport with customers and provide clear, friendly, expert guidance.
• Represent a company known for professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer serviceProfile:

Ideal candidates will come from a broker or personal lines insurance background and bring:

• APA Personal General Insurance or CIP (preferred, not essential).
• Strong phone manner, communication skills, and customer‑first mindset.
• Experience working in a sales, broker, or target‑driven environment.
• Solid IT skills and comfort with CRM systems.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated approach.
• Ability to explain insurance products clearly and confidently.
