Our client, a multinational industry-leader, are seeking to welcome a Receptionist to their team. Based in their Cork HQ, this role has come about due to internal promotion and is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and a company with strong, open cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors and customers
- Manage post – sorting/opening incoming post and franking/delivering outgoing post
- Answer and manage queries via phone
- Order stationary supplies
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Send purchase orders to relevant internal parties
- Organise staff travel/accommodation arrangements
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Key Skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Team player with ability to work on own initiative
- People person with genuine desire to help people
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
