Job Overview: As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership within a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment. You will be a trusted partner to executives, ensuring seamless operations by managing schedules, driving communication, supporting internal and external engagements, and contributing to business success through proactive administrative and operational support. This role sits within the SME&C organization, which focuses on empowering customers through the our platforms by building a globally-led, digital-first organization. You'll collaborate across teams and functions, supporting business priorities while embodying core values like inclusivity, sustainability, wellbeing, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: -Calendar & Travel Management Strategically manage complex and dynamic calendars, prioritizing high-impact meetings, stakeholder alignment, and critical business needs. Coordinate global travel logistics, including accommodations, visas, itineraries, and executive briefings, ensuring productivity and responsiveness during travel. -Executive Operations & Business Support Serve as a representative of the executive office in high-level interactions with internal leaders and external stakeholders, including C-suite partners and clients. Manage expense reports, purchase orders, budget tracking, and other administrative operations with accuracy and confidentiality. Oversee the rhythm of business (ROB), including annual planning cycles, business reviews, key leadership meetings, and milestone tracking. -Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise across business units, partner teams, and corporate functions to ensure alignment and consistent execution of executive priorities. Facilitate communication between leadership, staff, and external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion. -Event & Space Management Lead the planning and execution of internal events, team offsites, executive visits, and other large-scale initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams. Manage office logistics and space planning in coordination with Facilities and Real Estate teams. -Team & Culture Building Actively support the morale, inclusion, and development of business support communities by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and leading internal initiatives. Demonstrate leadership in fostering a collaborative, respectful, and growth-minded work culture. Key Requirements: -Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level roles, preferably in a global, fast-paced environment. -Demonstrated ability to manage executive calendars, travel, budgeting, and operations at scale. -Experience in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and high-level communications. -Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. -High emotional intelligence, executive presence, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information with integrity. -Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence in engaging senior-level stakeholders. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel). -Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing competing demands. -Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Requirements: -Experience in managing administrative budgets, space planning, and internal events. -Experience working within a global tech company or international corporate environment. -Prior mentorship or team leadership within an administrative or business support function.
