Grow here._ At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager to join us at our Dublin office. Here’s what you’ll do: Your day to day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage contract administration from tendering through to final assessment.
• Ensure compliance with NEC contract terms and Contracting Entity standards.
• Lead contractual negotiations and support procurement strategy.
• Oversee contractor and consultant performance against KPIs and incentive schedules.
• Review compensation events, payment applications, and cost forecasts.
• Support claims management and dispute resolution processes.
• Build and lead a team of Contract Administrators.

QualificationsReady to push the limits of what’s possible? Here’s what we’re looking for: As the successful candidate you will have experience working within our primary Infrastructure markets along with having the following qualfications and experience.

• Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
• Extensive experience in contract management, with at least 3 years of NEC experience.
• Strong background in infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Proven experience in performance monitoring and claims management.
