Residential Sales Manager _(covering Southeast of the country - Waterford, Wexford, Wicklow, Kilkenny, Carlow)_Pay Structure: Salary + Comms (€100K - €120K OTE)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Sales Manager grow our solar solutions sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the residential solar energy market. This role requires a strong background in sales leadership, renewable energy solutions, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed residential solar sales targets.
- Drive lead generation and conversion through effective sales processes and tools.
- Business Development
- Identify and develop new residential market opportunities for solar solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer journey from initial contact to installation.
- Partner with marketing to design campaigns and initiatives that increase brand awareness and lead flow.
- Operations & Reporting
- Forecast sales, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or residential construction/technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of residential solar solutions, energy efficiency, and renewable technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
