Internal After-Sales Team Lead

AMF Consulting is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an Internal After-Sales Team Lead to oversee and support a busy office-based team.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality after-sales support, strengthening distributor relationships, and driving process improvements across administrative and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the internal office team, managing workflows and performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders
• Oversee warranty claims, credit/rebill requests, and order issue resolution
• Support onboarding and training for distributors and internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation, processes, and internal guidelines
• Drive continuous improvement across after-sales and administrative processes
• Oversee credit control activities in collaboration with finance
• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations to resolve account and service issues
• Track performance metrics and drive service quality improvements
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards

Requirements

• Level 8 qualification in Business, Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in team leadership or office coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in credit control and administrative operations
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working cross-functionally within a business environment
