We are partnering with a well-established and growing full-service corporate law firm in Dublin to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary with transactional experience to support its Banking and Commercial Real Estate teams.

With a team of approximately 70 legal and support professionals, this is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and highly regarded practice working with leading national and international clients.
You will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners across the Banking and Commercial Real Estate teams, with scope to support wider corporate transactional work as required. The role offers a fast-paced and varied workload within a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- File management, including scanning, filing and archiving
- Opening and maintaining files on the Document Management System
- Audio typing of correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation
- Creating, amending and formatting legal documents
- Scheduling and managing deeds
- Liaising with clients and external parties
- Diary management for fee earners
- General office administration and ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a transactional environment such as Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Conveyancing or Corporate
- Strong typing, document production and administrative skills
- The ability to manage a high-volume, fast-moving workload with accuracy and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Knowledge of the PRA website
- Experience with Keyhouse is an advantage (training will be provided if required)
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
