What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Retention, Upselling, or Client Relations.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• A proven track record of achieving goals, KPIs, or retention targets.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ambition, resilience, and a genuine drive to progress quickly.
• A positive, team-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
