A leading international organisation is expanding its Analytics & Reporting team and is looking for an experienced BI Engineer to take ownership of a mature and business-critical Power BI environment.

This is a highly visible role where you'll be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and evolving a sophisticated reporting ecosystem used by stakeholders across multiple business functions. You'll work closely with business users, analytics teams, and technical colleagues to deliver actionable insights while helping shape the future direction of the platform.

The position offers a unique blend of technical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and data storytelling, making it ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong Power BI expertise with business-facing responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
• Manage Power BI Service environments, workspaces, deployments, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into meaningful reporting solutions
• Work with Azure DevOps and deployment pipelines across development, UAT, and production environments
• Query and analyse data from enterprise data platforms and medallion-based architectures
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in BI Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or advanced Power BI development
• Strong Power BI expertise, including Power BI Service, workspace management, security, and deployment processes
• Experience with Azure DevOps, version control, and release management practices
• Solid SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience with PowerApps would be a strong advantage
