New Business Advisor - Personal Lines Insurance

The role:

• Working as part of a high performing sales team with a focus on driving car and home and van insurance sales.
• Excelling in a target driven environment with an attractive bonus structure in addition to a competitive salary
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products and future sales opportunities
• Selling in a compliant manner while maximising commercial potential
• Build rapport & relationships with our potential and existing customers.
• Experience in the insurance industry would be preferred

Your Skills and Experience:

• Insurance broker experience or insurance industry experience is desirable.
• APA Personal General Insurance or CIP Qualified is preferred
• Previous experience of working in a sales & target driven environment is necessary
• Excellent phone manner & communication skills
• Good IT and systems skills
• Previous experience of working in a sales & target driven environment is necessary
• Enthusiastic, professional, positive and flexible approach that includes the ability to self-motivate
