Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance across all operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation and proven on-site experience.

Key Requirements:

• Must be currently living in Ireland
• Must have full right to work in Ireland
• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Health & Safety or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within construction or a similar environment
• Demonstrated experience acting as Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS)
• Strong understanding of Irish health and safety regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all health and safety activities on site
• Act as PSCS, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Identify hazards and ensure appropriate control measures are in place
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training
• Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and relevant authorities
• Maintain accurate health and safety documentation
