About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading healthcare distribution organisation operating throughout Ireland. The business partners with hospitals, clinicians and global medical device manufacturers, delivering high-quality products and clinical support services across the healthcare sector.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager, the Surgical Sales Representative will support and develop existing orthopaedic business across the territory while identifying and converting new opportunities. The successful candidate will become a key member of the surgical support team, providing clinical and product support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow existing orthopaedic business within the territory.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Provide product support, education and in-service training.
• Support surgeons, consultants and nursing staff in theatre settings.
• Assist with procurement and purchasing processes.
• Build relationships with clinical decision-makers and influencers.
• Support regional colleagues and surgical cases as required.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience

• Knowledge of orthopaedics, trauma, anatomy and surgical techniques is essential.
• Previous theatre or scrub experience is advantageous.
• Full driver's licence required.
