Treasury Manager - Limerick or Cork
We are delighted to be exclusively supporting a growing, Irish-headquartered business, expanding internationally and building out its debt and funding capacity to support its next stage of growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a newly created Treasury Manager role, reporting directly to the Group FD. This is a hands-on, operationally focused position covering banking relationships, working capital, and debt and bonding facilities - with real scope to grow as the business scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage banking relationships and lender engagement across a multi-bank syndicate
- Own debt facilities and bonding/guarantee instruments, including covenant compliance
- Lead on working capital and cash flow visibility
- Act as main point of contact for banking partners on performance updates
ABOUT YOU
- 10+ years' treasury experience in a multinational or project-driven environment
- Strong hands-on experience with banking, cash/liquidity management, and forecasting
- Experience with bonding, guarantees, or similar instruments
