A world-class, innovation-led organisation is seeking a Billing Analyst to join its high-performing finance team in Cork.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing operations across multiple regions.

You will:

• Support the end-to-end invoicing process
• Investigate and resolve billing variances, discrepancies, and account balances
• Reconcile billing activities across multiple business channels using automated tools
• Manage billing exceptions and ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to projects including system enhancements, process standardisation, and geo-expansion
• Support UAT testing and deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You’re naturally curious, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

You will bring:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
• Experience or understanding of billing processes and transaction flows
• Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
• Experience with automated accounting systems (SAP an advantage)
• A strong focus on accuracy, deadlines, and continuous improvement
